Here, we see that the number of likes, shares, and comments are very low, apart from a few posts that received a double-digit number of likes. This shows that the engagement of customers/followers are poor, especially given the fact that the page has 1,108 people who like their page and 1,069 followers. The customer engagement is very poor when analyzing the amount of comments on the top posts. The highest number of comments a single post got was 2. The top posts in terms of reactions such as likes, along with comments and shares were photos. Therefore, photos seem to be the most effective and consumer engaging media for this page to post. In Table 2, we can observe the dates along with the exact time this Facebook page shared content with their followers. The Facebook page has frequent posts on their page, about 1 post every 1-3 days. The best times of the day for this page to post in regards to the amount of engagement from customers is between 15:00 and 22:00.  To increase customer engagement on their page, they should consider having a more engaged social media presence. For example, having a presence on multiple platforms, such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc. so they can reach more of their target audience.

In this next screenshot, we can see the exact Facebook message included in each post. Most of these posts are either talking about specials, or sharing photos of food they made with their followers.
